United States Congress to support the granting of official Observer                                 
Status to the Republic of China at the World Health Assembly Annual                                 
Conference to be held at Geneva, Switzerland, in May 2006, was read                                 
the second time.

Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                
Without objection, it was so ordered.
